Throughout 2019-2020 Percepta made great strides in launching technologies to support our people. We have a core belief at Percepta, The Employee Experience Drives the Customer Experience and we’re tireless when it comes to reviewing and improving our efforts. Here’s a glimpse at what’s in progress for 2021 and beyond.

New Learning Management System – For years, we’ve taken advantage of Percepta College. Over the past few months, we’ve migrated our learning bundles to a new LMS backend tool called Sum Total. Our focus has been on getting everything from our old tool to the new one. In the future, we plan to expand and enhance our offerings, so our employees have a seamless onboarding and continued learning experience that is thoughtful and easy. Percepta College is a place for more detailed learning to take place.

Micro-Learning – Last year we launched Trainual. After gathering feedback and requirements from executives and G&A staff, we created an introductory program around i.e. Organizational Structure, Enterprise Tools, and Finding Your People. We plan to continue to refine and enhance video-based learning beyond week 1. We’re also exploring ways to weave this tool into our front-line employee experience. We’re developing a program now called Percepta Prep where employees will learn valuable skills to be successful at Percepta and beyond.

Virtual Recognition PlatformAwardco has been a game-changer in terms of virtual recognition and employee choice regarding “currency.” In the future look forward to Percepta Swag stores in additional markets, peer-to-peer recognition, and the Memory Book feature which will alert managers of milestone events and allow personalized messages and team notifications.

There’s a lot going on in this space right now, these are just a few “Next Era” items we’ve got up our sleeve. #PerceptasGotTalent #PeopleTechnology #EmployeeExperinceDrivesCustomerExpereince.
