As a recruiter, I often get asked about Percepta and what I like about my job. I feel fortunate to have found a home here, plus I work every day to help others find their work home here, too! Things I love most about Percepta are the culture of service, our benefits package, and the teamwork.
Percepta’s culture of service
My background is in the hotel industry, where we were expected to show our culture of service every moment of the day. I lived that culture by having a smile on my face, greeting guests as they came, thanking them for staying with us, and apologizing if anything went wrong.
At Percepta, culture of service is one of our values. Coming here was a breath of fresh air, because that culture comes from the top down. We live and breathe a culture of service here; it’s even in our monthly rewards and yearly reviews!
I can’t say enough about the lovely benefits here! Prior to joining Percepta, I worked for a small company where I paid a lot out of pocket for my benefits. I’m thrilled to be offered affordable options. My health plan even offers a yearly check-up visit without a copay.
If given the chance, I could go on and on listing good things about my team. I work with an amazing group of people from all over the world. We come together to help one another and to celebrate the good times. They’re my second family.
