We are looking for a Warranty Technical Specialist to join our Warley Warranty Team initially on a fixed term contract until the end of 2011.

The successful candidate will spearhead our attempts to reduce cost per repair and total warranty spend, allocating resources in the most efficient way possible. They will work closely with other members of warranty staff achieving the best approach on a case by case basis and be responsible for leading cost reduction initiatives and presenting their results to senior staff.
