Percepta to Create 40 New Jobs in Daventry
Percepta is delighted to announce the creation of 40 new customer service advisor and team leader jobs in Daventry. These jobs are the result of a move of the Ford of Britain Customer Relationship Centre from Coventry and will be based at the Ford Distribution Centre on the Royal Oak Industrial Estate.
An additional 70 people are moving to the Daventry base from Coventry at the end of December once the move is complete.
The centre is currently based at the Jaguar Engineering Plant alongside the Jaguar Land Rover Customer Relationship Centres as Ford used to own those brands until late 2008, when it sold them to Tata.
The Ford team will further immerse themselves into the Ford “blue oval” brand, continually ensuring Ford customers receive excellent care at every touch point in their customer journey.
Recruitment for the vacant positions has already commenced, with those who are hired before December being trained and working from Coventry until the entire team is moved in December.
