I’ve been a member of the Dealer Assistance Centre since 2006 and am now a senior advisor. I deal with the resolution of technical issues for Ford of Britain dealerships, national sales companies, and other Ford-affiliated companies, supporting application software.

I enjoy working with my colleagues most. We have a great team spirit and endeavor always to support Ford of Britain dealers to the best of our ability while learning new skills and continually looking for ways to further enhance our service.
