A career HR professional, Jill has been working with Percepta since November 2006 as our European HR manager, before being appointed HR director for our region in March 2010. In addition to her responsibilities for the HR strategy for all European markets, Jill also now leads HR activity for Asia Pacific, incorporating Australia and our emerging business in China.

Jill leads a team of HR managers, business partners, and administrators to deliver regional and global activity on employee relations and employment law, internal communications, reward, recruitment, engagement, employer branding, culture, and employee satisfaction. She also directly supports our growth activities, leading our vast work on employee transfers (TUPE).

Prior to Percepta, Jill worked in HR roles for 20 years across retail, manufacturing, electronics, and tourism industries with her most recent posts being HR manager for IKEA and BAE Systems.
