I have been interested in cars for many years and in December 2009, Percepta gave me the opportunity to combine my personal interests with my daily work by recruiting me into the Ford Customer Relationship Center. My working day is extremely varied and I get to assist customers with their concerns from the first call to final resolution.
What I’ve enjoyed the most in my time with Percepta is that since joining I was embedded into a great team that provides me with help whenever required, and I look forward to progressing my career through the company, possibly even in another country.
