Percepta Continues Global Expansion With New Asia Pacific Center
DEARBORN, MI—June 20, 2012—Percepta, the international customer loyalty business, has announced it will open an operations center in Bangkok to address the rapid economic growth of the Asia Pacific region. The office will provide customer relationship services for Percepta’s global client partners in four new markets — Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
The opening of the Bangkok center follows the successful launch in Q4 of 2011 of the Percepta Shanghai, China, office. The new center will implement Percepta’s highly effective concern-resolution and customer-welcome services modeled around customer expectations and the market environment. The comprehensive and innovative services have benefited Percepta clients in Europe and North America and have been adapted to address the diversified Asia Pacific market. It is expected that the Bangkok office will be fully operational by the end of the month.
“This has been a challenging project bringing diverse cultures and language capabilities together in a multifaceted operation,” said Alan Meldrum, Percepta vice president and general manager. “So it is with a great sense of satisfaction we announce the opening of the Bangkok office on our journey to provide a consolidated network of Percepta facilities across the Asia Pacific region.”
Percepta recently celebrated 12 years in business and rapid growth since beginning operations in 2000 in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. The Bangkok office gives the company an in-market presence in 14 countries while serving customers in 17 languages across 21 countries.
