Tim O’Brien heads Percepta’s global people strategies and employee satisfaction initiatives. He is responsible for employee relations, organizational development, talent acquisition and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee communications.

Tim has more than 20 years of human resources experience leading multi-site teams in the chemical, automotive, financial services, and telecommunications industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems and business finance from Manhattan College. Tim is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
