Sue Tasse’s contact center management experience spans more than 25 years. Prior to joining Percepta in July 2006, Sue was senior vice president of operations for Minacs Marketing Solutions for five years. She also held managerial positions with ANCOR, National TechTeam, Inc., and PMH Caramanning, Inc.

In her career, Sue has built and launched contact centers, consolidated remote operations, and managed diverse businesses including financial, healthcare, and technology enterprises. She has worked in every aspect of service delivery including strategic and tactical operations development and served in key senior management roles for the past eight years. Sue takes great pride in being an involved manager, eager to ensure that client objectives are consistently addressed and met.
