Ron Chmara

President, Chief Executive Officer

Ron Chmara leads Percepta’s global operations. With more than 25 years of experience in customer contact center and telecommunications operations, Ron is charged with developing and implementing Percepta’s strategy for ongoing global growth and profitability, something he can accomplish by ensuring that Percepta delivers consistent, high-quality services to its customers around the world.

Prior to his position at Percepta, Ron was vice president, Canadian operations for Teletech Holdings, Inc. There, he was instrumental in expanding operations from two centers to the current 10 centers that employ almost 5,000 customer service agents and serve Fortune 500/1000 U.S.-based clients. Ron also held senior positions at Canada’s largest telecom provider, Bell Canada. His contact center experience covers all aspects of site selection, real time operations, and inbound and outbound services. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada.
