Mike Leary is responsible for the strategic leadership of Percepta’s drive to identify, develop, and deliver new business opportunities in North America—a role he carries out with enthusiasm and dedication. He brings with him more than 25 years of business development, warranty management, and customer focus experience.

Before joining Percepta, Mike was general operations manager for the Ford Motor Company’s Chicago region and managed two high-visibility warranty programs for the Fortune 100 company. Mike’s knowledge encompasses a broad spectrum of functional areas ranging from field work to corporate operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University.
