In her role as Percepta’s chief financial officer, Alicon Owen-Schmall is intimately familiar with the financial implications of providing exceptional customer service. Through the efforts of Alicon and her team, Percepta has been able to provide an outstanding – and uncompromised – level of custom services to its clients with an eye on cost-effectiveness.

Prior to joining Percepta in 2009, Alicon held a number of finance-related positions at Ford Motor Company. She has more than 20 years of experience supporting customer service, marketing and sales, manufacturing, product development, corporate real estate, and corporate auditing functions. Alicon earned an MBA in finance from Ohio State University.
