Alan Meldrum leads Percepta’s business across Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Australia. He is also responsible for developing Percepta’s presence in emerging markets outside of North America.

Currently a member of the Percepta global ELT, Alan joined Percepta as the company’s human resources director, United Kingdom, at the time of our launch in 2000. He brings more than 20 years of human resources and business management experience in European labor law, business development, operational change management, and continuous improvement.

Alan is actively involved in our client relationships and operations. His leadership was critical in delivering the best-ever customer satisfaction performance for our first major global client, with the Percepta regional team now applying this blueprint for success across the entire enterprise.
